1% Commission – Budget Marketing
Sometimes an all-out marketing blitz is not the best strategy when selling a home. Our Budget Plan is designed for those situations. We’ll guide you through the entire real estate transaction but limit the marketing to keep the commission low. This plan is the perfect alternative to selling yourself and is an excellent option for people that want to test the market, sell in the future, already have a buyer, or have privacy concerns.
6% Commission – Overkill Marketing
Everything we can think of to market a home, even the marketing tools that rarely work.
Custom Plans are Available: There is nothing we cannot offer, and we would be happy to create a custom marketing plan for your home.

We’re not a big box brand, and we don’t want to be. We’re proud to be locally owned. We treat our clients like the individuals they are and with the one on one attention they deserve. We’re licensed, regulated, and insured the same as larger companies, and we have the same tools. We even have a few tools they don’t. We like keeping every dollar we make here in the St. Louis area.
3. Trial Listing and Short-Term Contracts
View our marketing materials before signing anything. Our listing contracts are also only 30-day contracts, so you’re never locked in long-term. Shouldn’t you be allowed to view the marketing pictures of your home, read the marketing comments, and verify the details of your home’s listing before you’re legally tied to an agent? We think so, but it’s not common practice.
4. Buyer Match Program
We may have a buyer already looking for your home. If we do, you don’t pay commission. Tell us about your home, and we’ll search our buyer database. No contract is required.
5. Multiple Offer Marketing
